Want to do something that makes you think and that is more challenging for your mind? Well try the Narrow Escape Room in Oakville.
The Narrow Escape is a perfect place for you and family/friends to solve puzzles, take part in challenges and find hidden clues while working together to complete your mission.
Once you get in you will be told a story to set the tone, it could be about corruption or a who-done-it scenario. Then you will have 60 minutes to work as a team and escape.
Narrow Escape has four different rooms to experience like: hacked, zombie apocalypse, baker street mystery, and claustrophobia.
Make sure to book a reservation before you go!
This is a great activity for thrill seekers! At iFly you can experience the thrill that skydivers experience during the free-fall portion of their skydiving jump.
An instructor will be there to help you along the way and you will be able to fly for 60 seconds (same as the duration of a real free-fall portion of a skydive) 2-4 times depending on what package you get.
Why not go to Oakville’s neighbour city of Burlington for Canada’s largest rib festival! This will be the 22nd time running and it begins Friday at 11am all the way through Monday.
Just head on down to Spencer Smith Park by the lake and you’ll be able to enjoy some delicious and succulent ribs.
There will be live music performances from different artists including Finger Eleven. You can also enjoy family rides, vendors and a portable escape room.
Featured ribbers will be Jack on the Bone, Sticky Fingers, Texas Rangers, Camp 31, and more.
For people with more strict diets some vendors will offer gluten-free sauces, and there will also be a vegan vendor (Global Locally) who will offer burgers and ice cream.
So there you have it! Go and enjoy one or all of these activities this long-weekend so you can start your September week on a good note.
