Canada Day in Oakville – 2019

It’s that time once again to celebrate our beautiful country, and who doesn’t love a good celebration?

Good thing the Town of Oakville has various festivities happening this July 1st, here’s a list of everything happening this Canada Day:


Bronte Community Canada Day Celebration:

Join the Bronte Legion Branch 486 on July 1 and July 2 from 11am – 12am for their annual Bronte Community Canada Day Celebration.

There will be a beer and wine garden, a DJ, kids play area, food trucks and more!

Canada Day Pancake Breakfast and Citizenship Reaffirmation Ceremony

Member of Parliament for Oakville North-Burlington and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Health will host a FREE pancake breakfast and citizenship reaffirmation ceremony on Canada Day at the Oak Park Neighbourhood Centre.

This event will run from 8:30am – 10:30am and you can expect pancakes, Canada-themed crafts, face painting and fun for the whole family,

All residents of Oakville North-Burlington are welcome.

Oakville Celebrates Canada Day

The biggest Canada Day celebration in Oakville will take place in Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park on July 1 from 6pm-10pm, with the firework show beginning at 10pm.

There will be family activities, music, and food trucks at this celebration, and don’t forget to bring a lawn chair or blanket and get to the park early to ensure you get a great seat for the fireworks over the water.

Canada Day at the Mandarin

Mandarin will also be part of the celebrations this Canada Day. On July 1 Mandarin will offer free buffet meals to Canadian citizens across the country.

This Canada Day Mandarin will actually be celebrating 40 years in Canada, to get your free meal all you have to do is visit one of the 29 locations between noon and 8:30pm and bring a proof of citizenship (passport, birth certificate, or citizenship card).
